This Edenderry family wanted to transform their unused attic into a livable space that could serve as a multi-purpose room—without disrupting the home’s existing layout. The challenge was to introduce a new staircase and maximize natural light while keeping the space warm and cohesive with the rest of the house.
→Solution:
Alpha designed a complete attic conversion, including a custom staircase build, structural reinforcement, and new floor and ceiling systems. Two large Velux windows were added to bring daylight deep into the space, while new plasterwork, insulation, and electrics ensured a durable and comfortable finish.
